A short, focused engagement to map your internal context, align your idea with strategy and audience needs, and assess what capabilities (skills, team, tools, suppliers) you’ll need to deliver it well. Includes staff interviews, light-touch user research, and a practical summary with recommendations.

Typical duration: 2–4 weeks
Good for: Early-stage initiatives, strategy alignment, shaping funding bids


FlightPlan: feasibility & validation sprints

Turn early-stage ideas into actionable, user-shaped plans
If you’ve got a concept but aren’t sure what to do next, I lead short sprints to test assumptions, prototype with users, and help you build the case for investment or rethink the idea before wasting effort.

Typical duration: 4-8 weeks
Good for: Innovation funding, board pitches, risk reduction


Fix your digital project or initiative

Rescue and reset a digital initiative that’s stuck or struggling
Sometimes projects drift, stall, or go off track. I work with your team (and suppliers) to understand what's happening, surface the blockers, and develop a practical plan to move forward. This often includes supplier reviews, role/team mapping, and delivery planning.

Good for: Mid-project resets, governance headaches, stalled delivery

Clarity and confidence for your next phase of digital work
